1. 01

   The subscription

   A subscription gives the right to play Odatone's music publicly at the registered location, to the extent the plan covers. The price is per location per month and is quoted excluding VAT.

2. 02

   What the rights cover

   Odatone has acquired the necessary rights to the music in the library, so playback through Odatone does not trigger separate payment to Koda or Gramex. The rights cover background music in commercial premises. Live music, ticketed events, broadcast and redistribution are not included.

3. 03

   Trial

   The first 14 days are free. Cancel before the period ends and nothing is charged.

4. 04

   Payment and cancellation

   Monthly subscriptions are invoiced in advance and can be cancelled to the end of a month. Annual subscriptions are invoiced twelve months in advance and run to the end of the period. Access may be suspended after a reminder if payment fails.

5. 05

   Availability

   We aim for 99.5% uptime per month. Planned maintenance is announced. Main Stage customers can agree an SLA.

6. 06

   Liability

   Odatone is not liable for indirect losses. Liability cannot exceed what the customer has paid over the past twelve months.

7. 07

   Changes

   Price changes are given 30 days' written notice. If you disagree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
